Alicia Meads, Manager, Legislative Affairs; CF Industries Inc.

Alicia Meads serves as Manager of Legislative Affairs for CF Industries, one of the nation’s largest companies specializing in the manufacture and distribution of nitrogen products. In this role, she represents CF’s interests on Capitol Hill, develops legislative and regulatory strategy, manages the company’s grassroots program and coordinates the company’s sustainability reporting. Prior to joining CF Industries, Ms. Meads served as Director of Energy & Resources Policy for the National Association of Manufacturers where she focused on issues such as air quality, chemical regulation, and sustainability. She has also represented several metalworking trade associations on Capitol Hill on a broad range of manufacturing issues. Ms. Meads is an active member of Women in Government Relations (WGR) where she serves as Vice Chair of the Personal and Professional Development Committee.

A native Midwesterner, Ms. Meads headed east to receive her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware. She also has a Juris Master’s degree from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School.
