Fawn Bergen, Manager, Corporate Sustainability Group; Intel Corp.

Fawn Bergen is a senior-level environmental professional with more than 22 years of experience in sustainability program leadership and compliance management. She currently leads Intel Corporation’s global water stewardship program – including their ambitious goal to achieve net positive water use by 2030 – and sustainability performance tracking and reporting within the Global Public Affairs and Sustainability Group. Her previous experience includes leading Intel’s Global Carbon Footprint Program and Corporate Air Program, as well as leading AMCOL International’s Global Environmental Program and providing air quality compliance and permitting consulting services to multiple manufacturing, mining and energy companies.

Under her program leadership, Intel has been recognized with numerous awards and rankings including Environmental Excellence Award by Arizona Forward, Innovative Partnerships in 2019 by the Portland Business Journal, Change the World Sustainability All Stars by Fortune, Best Sustainability Reporting by the Dow 30, CDP A List and US Water Prize by the US Water Alliance.

Fawn currently serves on the California Water Action Collaborative (CWAC) steering committee and Intel’s Oregon Inclusion leadership team. She has been a passionate member of NAEM since 2012 and has served on numerous forum planning committees, as moderator and speaker, and co-chaired the 2019 Women’s Leadership Roundtable. Fawn is a graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and resides in Beaverton, Oregon with her husband and two kids.
